Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Crystal Farrell APRN, MSN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C is a dually board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2006. Crystal went on to earn her Post Master’s Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati. She is experienced in working with patients with various mood disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, substance use disorders, and personality disorders.
Crystal is passionate about decreasing the stigma of mental healthcare and providing professional representation in the community.
